How Amazing Team Performance works
Amazing Team Performance turns the experiences of your team into practical insight about how it is functioning and where attention could make the greatest difference.
Team members complete a short online assessment. Their responses are brought together to reveal patterns across the team, without exposing individual answers. You then receive a report designed to support better conversations and more informed action.
From assessment to action
ATP is designed to help you move from wondering what is happening within your team to understanding where to focus.
Choose your level of insight
Start by selecting the level that best reflects what you are trying to understand. You can focus on how the team is functioning day to day, explore the emotional conditions influencing performance, or bring performance, emotion and leadership together for the most complete view.
Compare the three levelsInvite your team
Each report begins with three participant seats. Additional seats can be added for larger teams. Once your report has been purchased, you will receive instructions explaining how members of the same team can access the assessment. A seat is required for each participating team member.
Complete the assessment
Each team member completes the online assessment privately. It takes approximately 7–10 minutes and asks people to reflect on their experience of working within the team. There are no right or wrong answers — ATP is interested in the patterns that emerge across the team, rather than judging individual participants.
Receive your team insight
Responses are brought together to create team-level insight into the conditions shaping how the team works. Depending on the level selected, your reports will explore performance, the team's Emotional Engine and the influence of leadership. Individual responses are not shared or attributed to named team members.
Decide where to focus
Your ATP reports highlight strengths, areas of friction and patterns that may need further attention. You can use the findings to guide your own team conversations or work with an ATP psychologist to interpret what the results mean in your particular context.
Choose how deeply you want to understand your team
The three ATP options are cumulative. Each level builds on the one before it, allowing you to choose the depth of insight your team needs.

What will team members experience?
We know people may feel uncertain when asked to complete a team assessment, particularly one exploring trust, emotion or leadership. ATP is designed to give people a safe way to contribute their perspective.
- ✓Receive access to the relevant ATP assessment
- ✓Be told why they are being invited to take part
- ✓Complete the assessment privately online
- ✓Spend approximately 7–10 minutes responding
- ✓Contribute to team-level insight without having individual answers shared
- ✓Help create a more balanced picture of how the team is currently functioning
ATP is not used to grade, rank or label individuals. Its purpose is to identify patterns that the team can understand and work with collectively.
What will you receive?
ATP does more than provide a set of scores. Your reports are designed to help you understand what the findings could mean for your team and where it may be useful to focus next.
- ✓An overview of the team's results
- ✓Insight into the patterns emerging across the team
- ✓Areas of strength the team can protect and build upon
- ✓Areas where friction, pressure or uncertainty may be affecting progress
- ✓Plain-English explanations of each area measured
- ✓Questions to support reflection and team discussion
- ✓Suggested actions based on the findings
What happens after you receive your reports?
Receiving the report is the beginning of the conversation, not the end of it. Some teams use their findings independently. Others benefit from additional support, particularly when results reveal sensitive patterns or issues that have been difficult to discuss.

Focused interventions designed to address specific challenges revealed through ATP - supporting meaningful, sustainable change
Hands-on workshops led by psychologists, designed to help teams build skills, strengthen relationships and sustain performance over time
