Meet the ATP team
Psychology-led. Practice-tested.
Built because we love teams.
ATP was created by the business psychologists at Zeal Solutions. We built it because we saw how much was being missed when teams were only assessed at the surface. Everything here comes from 20+ years working with real teams in real organisations.
Dr Antonio Zarola
Founder & Managing Director
PhD · CPsychol · AFBPsS · HCPC Registered Occupational PsychologistTony specialises in leadership within teams, and in how emotions influence team performance. His doctorate examined violence and aggression in healthcare settings, and the part collective confidence played in how teams handled incidents, which is where his interest in leadership and teamwork began. He has worked with over 900 teams, and is drawn to the moment a team finally says the thing nobody has been saying.

Business Psychologist
BSc · MScWith almost a decade of experience, Raddy has a strong interest in how individuals relate to each other as well as what genuinely causes burnout. Preferring hard data over fluffy concepts, her work measures how different variables interact and affect people's experiences of the workplace. Beyond the numbers, she loves exploring new psychological concepts, driven to untangle the human psyche, and understand exactly why people behave the way they do.
LinkedInDr Emma Rushton

PhD · CPsycholEmma has spent over 15 years as a Business Psychologist, developing a deep understanding of how leadership shapes team performance. Her doctoral research examined how leaders influence teams through the interplay of personal characteristics, behaviour and environment, and sparked an interest in psychological safety and the leader's role in creating it. She takes pride in applying psychology to improve working life, grounded in evidence rather than theory or assumption.
LinkedInSeveral ATP publications are co-authored with Professor Adrian Furnham — one of the world's most published business psychologists, formerly of UCL and NYU. His collaboration brings independent academic validation to the ATP framework.
DSc, PhD · 1,000+ published papers · Fellow of the British Psychological Society"We didn't build ATP to be another engagement survey. We built it because we kept seeing the same thing: teams that looked fine from the outside were struggling on the inside. The emotional layer was invisible — and so interventions kept missing. ATP makes that layer visible, and gives teams a language for it."
